Những kết luận mới của luận án:
- Luận án đưa ra được quan niệm riêng về trí tuệ cảm xúc, trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên, trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm.
- Xây dựng các thang đo phù hợp để đo lường mức độ biểu hiện trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng.
- Kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng mức độ biểu hiện trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm qua thang đo MSCEIT, hệ thống bài tập đo nghiệm, bảng hỏi đều cho kết quả: mức độ biểu hiện trí tuệ cảm xúc sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm chưa cao. Năng lực hiểu xúc cảm và năng lực kiểm soát cảm xúc là 2 năng lực yếu nhất trong các năng lực thành phần của trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm.
- Trong các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến trí tuệ cảm xúc của sinh viên Đại học Sư phạm thì nội dung chương trình đào tạo và tính tích cực luyện tập của sinh viên là những yếu tố có ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất.
- Đề xuất 3 biện pháp với 4 phương án tác động và tổ chức thực nghiệm các biện pháp đề xuất đã góp phần nâng cao mức độ trí tuệ cảm xúc cho sinh viên ngành Giáo dục mầm non.

New conclusions of the disertation:
        The thesis puts out its own view of emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence of students, emotional intelligence of students of Pedagogical University.
        It also develops appropriate scales to measure the extent to which students of Pedagogical University express emotional intelligence and the influencing factors.
       The research results regarding the expression of emotional intelligence of students of Pedagogical University, as obtained by using the MSCEIT, measuring
        systems testing exercises, questionnaires indicate thatthe extent to which students of Pedagogical University express their emotional intelligence is not yet high. Among the different components of emotional intelligence of students of Pedagogical University, the ability to understand emotions andto control emotions are the two weakest abilities.
        Among the factors that affect emotional intelligence of students of Pedagogical University, contents of the training program and students’active exercise to improve their capability in this regard are the two most influential factors
       The thesis proposes three measures with four options and organizational 
impact of experimental methods have been proposed to contribute to raisingthe level of emotional intelligence of students of Pre-school education colleges
