NEW CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE THESIS
- Theoretical aspect: Clarifying the concepts such as Training, management of training, human resources and human resources of tourism enterprises, human resources needs, occupational standards, human resources output specification and Training human resources to meet enterprises’ needs. Applying the CIPO model, the thesis has developed a theoretical basis for training management including: managing the inputs, managing the process of teaching and managing the output elements in the direction of training to meet the enterprise capacity building.
- Practical aspect: Evaluating Training reality, training management towards meeting enterprise human resources needs in two tourism schools on the following aspects: Quality and Effective Training; managing the enrollment; Managing Training program Development; managing teachers development; managing infrastructure and teaching facilities; managing the organization of the teaching process at school and cooperative training between the school and enterprises; managing and assessing the outputs and information about consulting job and employment opportunities for students; on the practical basis of proposing solutions.
Recommending seven perfectly feasible and necessary solutions to training management at tourism colleges with the groups: input management, teaching process management, output management towards meeting enterprises capacity building needs.
