1. In theory

Experimental educational activities play a very important role in the new general education curriculum, which is compulsory for general primary school students from grade 1 to grade 12 in general and high school students Specialized in particular. With that importance and urgency, the dissertation has conducted a systematization study, clarifying theoretically the concepts related to the topic, experiential educational activities, and educational activities management. experience education, domestic and international research topics related to experience education activities, experience education management. The thesis also clarified the characteristics of specialized high schools, students of specialized high schools, educational programs at specialized high schools, and educational activities at secondary schools. high school specialist.

On that basis, the research approach applies the management of experiential educational activities based on the CIPO model to solve the real situation of managing experiential educational activities in specialized secondary schools in the North Central. From contextual assessment, input management, process management and output management of experiential educational activities in specialized high schools. Through the research, the thesis has clearly defined the theoretical basis of experiential educational activities and management of experiential education activities, management methods and functions, clarifying goals and chapter contents. curriculum, methods of managing experience education activities in specialized high schools, as well as factors affecting the management of experiential education activities in specialized high schools.

2. In practice

On the basis of an overview of the development of education and training, educational development in specialized high schools in the North Central region of Vietnam, the thesis has focused on analyzing and assessing the real situation of management activities. experiential education in specialized high schools in the North Central region based on the CIPO model and has solved the situation-related issues such as the effects of the context on experiential educational activities in schools. specialized high schools, the relevant inputs, processes and outputs affecting the organization and management of experiential educational activities are all surveyed on the situation, analyzed and evaluated. On that basis, the thesis has proposed seven important management solutions in accordance with practical requirements of specialized high schools in the North Central region and local practices, management solutions through opinion surveys, assays and tests are evaluated to have a high level of urgency and feasibility in practical conditions in specialized high schools in the North Central region today.
